I was given this product as a gift and was very excited to try it.

It is a zinc oxide based cream and as such works quite well at healing sore bums. It is thick but very easy to spread on.

My issue with this cream is purely the smell - it has quite a strong, herbally smell which i found too overpowering. I actually had to stop using the cream as the smell was giving me headaches. The cream includes extracts of rosemary, lavander, calendula, chamomile, rosebuds and comfrey root - lovely if you enjoy those types of fragances but, if like me, you are sensitive to strong smells or dislike the smell of the extracts used i would steer clear of this ointment.

This product I was fortunate to trial from a dear friend in the States that sent me a pack of different things from this company for a gift for our son when he was born. I would have to say that it was soothing to him and healed and did the job well when I needed it too. I would recommend people to try this product as you will be completely surprised.
