Fisher Price Take Along Sensory Swing
This swing was an absolute life saver for me in the first few months. My little girl had very bad gas when she was born, and always needed rocking or cuddling. Being as sleep deprived as I was, I was terrified of dropping her while trying to bring up her wind. So I would put her in the swing and the gentle rocking motion would help with her wind, and the movement helped her get to sleep as well.
It's recommended to NOT let your baby fall asleep in the swing, but many nights I fell asleep beside her in the swing because she got a better sleep in it than she did in her cradle.
Even now that she's older, I can put her in it and she loves to play with the toys and look at herself in the mirror.
A must have!!
I got this as a gift when my daughter was 6 months and she loved it she would happily lie in and play with the toys for a long time. She loved the music was one of her fav things
I found even on low setting though it swung to fast for her so she just played it and i would give it a push for her
My son has also used this alot and really loves it as well
the bright colours red/blue really attracted them both
It is easy to fold up and move around
i would reccommend to other mums
I got this and the papasan chair swing at the same time and took it once to my sister-in-laws house to use there on a visit.
My nephew (who is about the same age as my daughter) was unsettle so we put him in it instead. I never got my swing back.
As we had one at home I left this one for them to use and he used it until he was about 2 years old - by that stage he didn't need batteries anymore he just swung himself.
Unfortunately for me it was given back a bit too late for my 2nd bub to use so I only got to use on rare occassions but from all reports it was a very well used and liked swing in their house
