Hi everyone, I am new here, from the United States. I just finished this book, and loved it. It has not only helped me with my own children - twins, who are both very active, but has helped me stay healthier and fit. I just enjoyed the simple techniques to a healthier life. The book had cute images, and was non intimidating to me to read. I recommend this book to anyone, whether your child is overweight or not!

This book is simply wonderful and refreshing. It covers every area of your child's health, with discriptions in easy to read format, and not doctor lingo, which I never understand. The artwork is beautiful, although I wish there was more, but the book covers all areas of health. Chapters included sleep, diet, nutrition, exercise, hydration, competition and many other topics. The book received major support from many credible athletes like Tony Hawk and Michael Phelps. A real keeper for any parent to keep their kids healthy and fit.
