A friend passed this onto me. Being a first time mum, I obviously had no idea what to expect. Being able to read and follow the book along my journey has been great. The book has great hints and tips. I would recommended it for any new parent!

I am a planner, and I like to know facts before "jumping" into anything. After purchasing several other pre conception books I was sceptical with what this book could deliver.

I found the book to be full of facts, tips and tricks (I wouldnt have thought to check immunisation levels before)

I also found the back pages (where you can enter and keep records and track) useful, whilst I love computers I also need to write things done to remember so this was handy for me

i bought this book because i was worried that i may have fertility issues and wanted to do whatever i could to increase my chances for conception.

It helped me decide on how to change my lifestyle for the better, as well as how to montior my cycles.

I found it useful in the beginning but fortunately didn't need to rely on it for too long, one month after studying and following the guidelines  in the book, i fell pregnant and am now due in december.
