Product Recall – Jamie’s Garden Plush Toys

productrecall-jamie'sgardenplushtoys

Does your bub have plush toys from the Jamie’s Garden range? All 8 characters in that range have been recalled due to safety hazards. Read on to see how you might be affected.

The 8 Jamie’s Garden Plush Toy characters have been found to pose a choking hazard as the stuffing may come out during play with the toys, and the hands and feet on the toys are not adequately attached.

If any of these parts were to come off during play, they present a choking hazard for little ones.

The toys affected are the Orange, Bean, Banana, Broccoli, Beetroot, Pear, Grape and Tomato toys.

The Bean character has additional hazard – an internal wire may not have been finished correctly and could poke out of the toy causing a hazard for eyes and puncture wounds.

These toys were sold nationally at Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets between May 21st and June 16th 2014. These characters all have the reference number – 781518.

If you have these toys, please stop using them immediately and return to your nearest store for a full refund of the product.
