Want to whip up something delicious on the go? Why not try this stylish, pink hummus recipe and impress all of your friends and family with your amazing cooking abilities. This one would require a food processor, but if you have something similar that could work too.
- 1 can of chick peas
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbs of tahini
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 small red chilli (if you want to add some heat)
- Process the beetroot and garlic (and chilli) until very fine.
- Add the chickpeas, tahini, oil, salt and pepper, and half the lemon juice.
- Mix until smooth
- Add more lemon / salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
