Organise your weekly meals!

familymealchartsSometimes you make a plan to eat healthy, and sometimes you actually stick to it. Well, sometimes I make a plan and actually stick to it – for about a week. Then it’s back to junk food and takeaway because I couldn’t think of what to eat next and I forgot to buy the ingredients to make the healthy meals… the list goes on.

If I were an organised person, I might have some sort of planning device to keep track of what I’m eating each week – and as a parent, you have to be an organised person in order to make sure your kids stay on track and healthy.

That’s why we have a cool new Weekly Family Food Planner chart on the site now too! You write in what each individual family member will have for meals and snacks – and it even has a space for noting down what you need to buy for those meals and snacks.

So download and print your Weekly Family Food Planner chart and get organised! We also have many more charts to download and print on our reward charts page.
