Sometimes you make a plan to eat healthy, and sometimes you actually stick to it. Well, sometimes I make a plan and actually stick to it – for about a week. Then it’s back to junk food and takeaway because I couldn’t think of what to eat next and I forgot to buy the ingredients to make the healthy meals… the list goes on.
