Be In Blossom is a Physiotherapy service specialising in exercise classes for prenancy and post-birth. All classes are conducted by extensively trained Women's Health Physiotherapists who will help you achieve a healthy pregnancy and to regain your shape and exercise confidence following your baby's arrival. Set in a supportive community environment our clients build personal connections while exercising in safe hands. Day and night options. Baby-friendly. Pregnancy Core & Stretch Class 

Classes focus on correcting & preventing muscle imbalances through Pilates-informed stretching and toning. Strong focus on posture and core stability training. Comprehensive pelvic floor exercise and education. Preparation for labour including breathing exercises. From 12 weeks.

 

Pregnancy Circuit Class

Work your way around stations that provide a mix of low impact cardio exercises, free weights and resistance bands for toning, pregnancy-specific core stability. Learn the correct way to work your pelvic floor and breathing into the exercises. We can easily make adjustments for musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions. From 12 weeks.

Mummy Core Restore & Baby Massage Course

Join our 4 week Introductory postnatal course from 6 weeks post birth. An ideal place to begin rebuilding your pelvic floor and abdominal wall support. Many women are referred to this service with rectus diastasis, pelvic floor weakness, pelvic and back pain. Classes include abdominal wall training, pelvic floor exercises and functional integration, Pilates-informed stretches and toning movements. Baby massage and develop tips are included. 

Mummy Core & Conditioning Class

Designed to follow on from the Core Restore course, these classes cater from novice to advanced. Build core strength, increase flexibility and tone.  Classes include Pilates elements, resistance and stability training. Modifications are made to suit each individual in the class and you will be guided to the appropriate level by our experienced team.

Postnatal Circuit: Move Mummy Move Class

An excellent all-round class. Suitable to attend from 6 weeks this class offers both low and high impact cardio options to suit various stages of pelvic floor and abdominal recovery plus individual fitness backgrounds and goals. Resistance, core stability and graduated abdominal work is done in small groups to encourage interaction with other Mums and bubs.

Core & Conditioning Course for Women (beyond babies)

New in 2019 these courses are for women at any stage in their life. They include Pilates-informed exercises, balance training, pelvic floor and core, stretching and toning. Fabulous for post-gynae surgery, menopause or ongiong pelvic floor complaints.
