Be In Blossom specialises in exercise classes to help you achieve a healthy pregnancy & to regain your shape following baby's arrival. All classes are conducted by a Physiotherapist with extensive experience running ante natal exercise classes & postnatal exercise classes.

Pregnancy Exercise Classes (Please note you can attend classes from 12 weeks)

  • Circuit: Combination of toning and cardio stations to maintain fitness and posture. Pelvic floor exercises, mat work & stretching are included.
  • Pilates & Stretch: Exercises focus on correcting & preventing muscle imbalances through stretching, toning and core stability tasks. Strong focus on posture, pelvic floor and breathing. 

Mummy Pilates & Baby Massage ( Attendance from 6wks postnatal)

  • Introductory Series: 4 one hour Pilates classes held weekly to regain abdominal support, pelvic floor strength & posture. Baby massage is included
  • Progressive Pilates: Beginner to advanced Pilates options provided to cater for all levels. Day and night options available. Recommended to follow on from the Introductory Course.
