As your pregnancy progresses, taking pregnancy exercise classes specifically made for pregnant women can be very beneficial. Pregnancy yoga classes, pregnancy pilates, aqua-natal classes and general classes can be very sociable as well and will allow you to share experiences with other mums. Some maternity hospitals also offer pregnancy exercise classes for their patients.
