The Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) offer services for parents, carers and families through its child and family health centres - a free service for all South Australian parents and families who have a child aged 0-5 years.  CaFHS provides regular health checks, baby check-ups, parenting courses, breastfeeding help, breastfeeding support, baby feeding help, sleeping and settling advice, childhood immunisation clinics and specialist services when you need some extra help and guidance over the telephone.

CaFHS services are for  residents of Adelaide and all other regions of South Australia.

Parenting advice is available over the telephone, from 7:15am-9:15pm daily, on the Parent Helpline 1300 364 100.  Outside those hours, the helpline number transfers automatically to healthdirect.
