We got our NEW house at Auction tonight

Well lately I have had a few questions at Auctions, it was at 7pm tonight.
Thanks to everyone who has offered help and advice about this as we were so nervous but it is finally over and we got our next house.
We now own a home in Baulkham Hills. Yay!!!!!
Thanks again to all it was a reall experience but we are celebrating tonight.

Congratulations on winning the auctions. Auctions are always hard especially when you find a house you absolutely have but it goes for more then what you can afford.

I guess you will be starting to pack in a week or so??!!!

We knew our limit, but at the last minute the building report conditions meant that a few people dropped out. They were scared off. My dad is a builder and said they are minor. The house went for 30 000 less than what we were prepared to pay. So yes we are extremely happy with the result.
We have the house we live in and this new one we are going to rent out for 6 mths till we get our currnet home up to standard to sell. i didn't want to rush as we want a decent price at the end of the day.
We are very happy with our decision, it means we will have a 4 bedder and room for another bubba which I am pleased about.
