    Default Needle for progesterone injection

Has anyone used the bigger needles to inject intramuscular? I don’t think I can do it and also it looks like it’s impossible to do it to yourself.

    Any help advice appreciated

    Hi @OSEDJ1,

I have done it. I found myself in the situation when covid hit last year where I had to do them myself. I did the injections in my thighs instead of my glutes. I didn't think I would be able to coordinate myself enough to do them in my glutes.

Although the needle looks scary, the needle itself isn't really painful.

It would definitely be easier if you have someone else to do the injections for you, but if not, it is doable. Do you have the progesterone in oil and syringes and needles?

Thanks for this but I just can’t do it. And definitely couldn’t try on a plane. I ended up getting some needles they are similar to size I need but just an it too long so I’m using them. Cheere
