IVF meds side effects and best supplements to take

Does anyone else get bad nausea and diarrhoea on ethinylestradol and the progesterone pessaries? I’ve been feeling terrible this time round on the hormones, I’ve also been suffering from headaches.
I have my FET next week and hope everything is ok? Also wondered what vitamin supplement combinations people recommend?

Hi there, hun. Just saw your post and couldn't leave it unanswered. I'm sorry you're facing troublesome episodes..I believe you'll get rid of these soon. I have no actual piece of advice for you concerning supplements. My dr at BTC says these should be chosen individually according to the case peculiarities. Have you talked to your dr about nausea & diarrhoea?
I'd also like to ask you about FET shot? How did things passed? Keep my fingers crossed for you.

I always had nausea and diarrhea with the progesterone, apparently it’s really common with estrogen though 🤷🏼‍♀️ I agree with checking with your Dr for anything that might help ❤️ goodluck for your FET!
