Default Rental - End of Lease Clean

My biggest advice (if you’re getting an end of lease/bond cleaner) is to go with one your real estate recommends. Most realtors will have a list of cleaners. I say this because if the clean is not to standard, you’ll have to sort it out yourself and possibly pay again as opposed to having the real estate sort it out for you and with no extra expense to you etc.

I agree. Though I've found the cleaners the agent recommends never clean to my standard. Last time we moved, I decided to do most of the cleaning myself and just get the cleaner to do what I didn't want to do (e.g. oven).
