Hi all,
Are there any girls out there with hypogondatropic hypogonadism? I’d really love to chat to someone with it, particularly those TTC or who have children, as I have recently been diagnosed.
Thanks!

I do not have this, but can you not take HRT (hormone replacement therapy). Hope there is a good ending for you.

Yes, I was told by my endocrinologist that’s most likely what I will take after I’ve finished TTC and with pregnancies. I was only diagnosed with HH recently.
Im 29yo and have had a very challenging ride to get our two kids (6 own eggs collections, 7 FETs and 1 donor egg cycle) I assume due to HH, endometrial lining issues and immuno factors.
But a few days ago I started bleeding and I don’t normally get periods. So I asked my fertility specialist whether it would be worth doing a tracking cycle (would love a free/cheap baby) and whether OI might work if my body has started to pull some of its own weight.
He was happy to do a tracking cycle but said given my history and that OI only normally has low success rates it probably isn’t worth it, although he was happy to if we wanted.
And then I had an appt with Dr M, because yes I am a little loopy and thought if I’m having a natural cycle and have some tiny chance at a natural conception I want to know my immune factors are controlled...anyway he suggested I take letrozole (aka Femara) which my googling says is not at all helpful for HH (only gondatropins with LH work)....
So just reaching out there incase there is anyone with HH going through treatment or who has been successful with treatment. I’d love to know what you were told, what you did etc

I was diagnosed with HH while going through IVF to have my son (who is now 21 months old). I'm now 22 weeks pregnant naturally with my second, after being told that due to factors from both hubby and I that it would be near on impossible to conceive naturally! So just wanted to give you some hope that it can even be possible without treatment

Give me all the information please!!
There is very little on HH on google! I can not find a single story like yours with HH and natural conception after assisted conception.
