    Default Importing embryos from overseas

Does anyone know if it’s possible to import embryos (fertilised) from overseas into Australia? With covid travel restrictions, we can’t and not sure when we can go for another transfer.

The clinic says they have sent embryos to australia before, but it depends if the receiving Australian clinic accepts, as they need to have give consent to receive (letter/form).

If we can get it into Australia, I wonder if there are state restrictions? We are in NSW.
