No just a verbal agreement unless my partner has other messages.

How much money do you think you've paid in mortgage payments, over and above what you'd be paying in rent?

How much have you put in in terms of renovations?

All up probably around 50k, we have done the renovations ourselves so that has cut a lot of cost.

What have to mortgage payments been compared to what you'd be paying in rent?

Who pays the other bills, eg rates, house insurance, etc?

Did you put any deposit down at the start?

I think you might need to decide whether you can persuade the in laws to do what you want them to do (whatever that is, eg not sell, get some money out of the sale) or whether you want to try to assert some legal rights and probably create an acrimonious relationship with them.

I have paid everything but the rates, they will not send it here for me to pay them. The money used to get this loan is from my partner- it should not have come out of the business account but Bendigo bank where previous paperwork I have stated that his money from a previous property was held.
I have a lawyer looking into the legal side of it all, of anything can be done or not.
