    Default Diva cup

Totally not sure which section to post about this so mods can you move to appropriate category if need be. I bought my first diva cup today because I am so over wearing pads and because of all the tss stuffed drummed into us at health class in school I can’t bring myself to wear a tampon at bedtime. So my question is can you wear your diva cup to bed? I had modi body underwear to wear incase of leaks but just wanted to be sure it’s safe.

I’ve always worn mine to bed, no issues. As long as placement is right, you shouldn’t leak.

I have a different brand of cup, but I wear mine to bed with no hassles.

    Totally safe.

I do wear modibodi undies to bed on the first two nights as a few times the action rolling/sitting up in the morning has caused mine to leak - but that is only when it's been full to the brim.

First night a success no leaking, but I did get up to pee a couple of times and emptied it then. Can I ask how everyone cleans their? When I empty it I wipes it out and rinse under hot water and last night I took it out before I had a shower and washed it with my femme fresh? Also is it a good idea to have more then one cup? Like should I go down a size for lighter days or just having the 1 fine?

I just wash mine in hot soapy water. Either in the shower or in the basin after wiping out with toilet paper. At the end of the cycle I would boil in hot water before storing it for next time.
