    Default Mixer tap lock

Does anyone have any brilliant ideas on how to lock a mixer tap like the one in the photo?

Ds2 is a menace and I can’t shower on weekday mornings as he’s into everything. If I shower in the en-suite he’s in the toilet and pulling everything out of our cupboards. In the main bathroom he climbs in the tub and turns on the tap. The stupidly sharp tap I can work around with a cover, but I can’t figure out how to put a lock on this.
He can’t come in the shower with me as he has eczema and I don’t want to change the products I use.

Dh leaves for work before any of us are awake so I currently shower of a night and just freshen up in the morning, but I do prefer a proper shower to get me going for the day.

    Any ideas?

Could you duct tape it do it can’t be flicked up? Not ideal for when you actually want to use it, but that’s all I can think of haha

Not a bathroom issue at my house but ds2 and dd Like going into ds1 rooms and “playing” so I’ve put a barrel bolt at the top of his door so they can’t get in their at all. It’s worked even with a chair they can’t reach.

Option - barrel bolts the bathroom door from the outside obviously

Child locks for the toilet for you can to keep the lid closed and cupboard door safety locks to get them closed up.

If all else fails, maybe one of these over it? Screenshot_20200502-125720_eBay.jpg

We normally keep the doors closed so he can’t enter the non baby proofed rooms unsupervised. He’s a shorty so we have a little while before he can reach the handle

Not sure how we’d lock the sliding wardrobe doors and I’m loathe to put baby locks on our nice timber furniture.

Going to try the high chair for now and cross my fingers he gains some listening skills before he figures out how to escape it
