Default Period underwear for after birth

I haven't tried period underwear before, but I know they are becoming increasingly popular and are considering them for after giving birth. They have specific maternity ones.

    Looking for any feedback!

Hi there. They didn’t exist when I had my kids but I’ve been using them for the past couple of years and I LOVE them. If I was having a baby I would get some maternity ones for sure. My period is ridiculously heavy on day one. Before period underwear, I would always leak on the sheets overnight, no matter what combo deal of protection I tried. Like, since I was 12 . Now I wear the most absorbent type of modibodi overnight and I’m all good. It’s been life changing. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

If you go ahead, I’d recommend getting at least 3 or 4 pairs as you’ll have to change fairly often post birth.

I use modibodi undies but I don’t think they would have been enough for me after giving birth.

I agree. They are great on moderate to light flow fad and no way they would have been enough after giving birth except perhaps after a week or so when the flow is less. Or combined with the maternity pads for additional protection.
