In my way about view the northern hemisphere are going into their summer and won’t be driving travelling etc the kids will be going on school holidays and staying home. To me production will halt with the lack of storage facilities then putting the price up later in the year when they head into their winter and hopefully when travelling restrictions will start to ease putting a demand back for oil and then the price goes up

The oil price issue is also being driven by a supply war between Saudi and Russia, not just COVID. Who knows how that will play out 🤷‍♀️

Yikes that’s quite a few points. I didn’t have many, maybe 10,000. I have LOTS of qantas ones, qantas seem to be ok so I haven’t cashed them in yet.

I feel for those who got credit vouchers for cancelled flights. Especially people who may have booked a once in a lifetime type holiday. I wouldn’t count on any of those vouchers being worth a cent.

This was one of my to do things today, figuring out what happens to the $30,000 worth of flights the company I work for had booked but had to get in credit due to flight suspensions, the likelihood is we lose it all :/

They're only in administration right now, so are still operational. Once they cease operations and go into liquidation, you can do a chargeback with your credit card company if that's how you paid. If you didn't pay via credit card, as a customee you're at the bottom of the line in terms of creditors.

There is the possibility that your bank may do a chargeback now, so it's worth asking.

My parents have about $2500 in vouchers due to canceled trips.
