    Default What formula after Alfare

    Hi,
My 10mth old is on Alfare formula for CMPI she is also soy intolerant. I have been told that I can try her on a regular formula soon to see if she has outgrown the intolerance. The doctor just said any formula but I was wondering what other parents had had success with after using a fully hydrolysed formula. I have about a month of Alfare left before I run out. TIA

ETA she was also on losec for reflux which I have successfully weaned her off this month.

I had been thinking that but when she was on that before Alfare she was dx with failure to thrive. Have you tried any dairy with your bub?

no we havent. he was diagnosed cmpi at 3.5mths and was ftt on 1%ile for weight. we've had a couple of dairy and soy slip ups which has resulted in vomiting, diarrheoa and cranky baby and no sleep.
im still breastfeeding. he has oat milk or ebm at daycare or with hubby when im at work and we use oat or almond in food or cooking.

when he was diagnosed he needed supplementing as my supply was crap due to his feesing aversions. our paed gave us some tins of alfamino to supplement wirh at night for a few.weeks.
