Default Home inspections for rental property

I have one coming up and the owners usually come, two people plus agent and myself, they always want me at the home.

    Is this ok?

Routine inspections should be suspended at the moment?

We are in the NT and rent, this is what we were sent as we have a routine inspection scheduled soon...

We've asked them to push it back as I'm home with my 3 children plus a newborn and are isolating (except for my husband who has to work). We've also told them we are more than happy to send as many photos as the owners want if it comes to that Screenshot_2020-03-26-12-15-23-63_45e686c594768066ad9911d54d96f72b.jpg

We've been told that inspections will still go ahead. I'm pretty sure you can refuse entry though.

Guess you'll just have to 'social distance' while they are there.
