From the 3 above, I'd go the britax without a second thought.

My (large - wears size 10 clothes) 5yo is in a maxi rider (Maxi guard pro from 2014) still harnessed. It's a great seat and I would highly recommend it. It's recommended among all car seat gurus, where as maxi cos I are not as well liked.

But, my 10month old is rfing in an infa secure achieve premium. (Also known as a grandeur, cadence). It has much more space for the front seats rfing than our other seat. And before I installed it, I got mr 5 to sit in it, and he said it was comfier than his seat. 🤷‍♀️ he certainly wouldn't get to 8 in it though, but he also wont get to 8 in his current one either.

Can you go to a baby store and ask them to test a couple of seats? See what fits best In your car and that ds looks better in.

I went to our baby shop with ds3, and my car, the lady came with me and we tried out the 3 seats I was trying to choose between in the car to help me make a decision.

The britax maxi guard pro has the best rating for an extended harness ff seat.
Thank you so much for all your help!

Because of the COVID situation you can no longer test seats in cars...

I went out on a limb and decided to get the maxi guard pro and happy to report he is easily above the marker without the newborn insert in which I forgot about, and it fits amazing in my car probably small width wise than his current sit turned around forward!

Going to put it in the car today and remove the other one to wash and keep in house ready for bub
