    Default School bakes

I see all theses people doing their back to school baking, ready to freeze for school.

What are they baking?? I love the idea of snacks/lunches in the freezer ready to go, but what do I make?

Hit me with your school bake ideas.

    Lemon muffins
    Rhubarb muffins
    Salmon fish cakes
    Falafels
Chicken salad (I poach a few chicken breasts and shred with mayo and celery and freeze in small portions so I can pull out and make wraps with the night before - this is his favourite lunch)

    Subbing.

I do a zuchinni slice (DF, meat free), quiche, sausage rolls, muffins (choc, banana, blueberry), hedgehog, chocolate balls, banana bread.

My kids are fussy and don't eat a variety no much how much I try.

Oat slices or muffins are my go to if I have the time.
I do want to try and make a bit more effort with baking this year, but my baking never seems to look like the photos posted by all the other mums...lol.

Do you just put the frozen item straight into the lunchbox or do you defrost first?

    Default School bakes

Do any of you Mumma’s have any quick easy recipes for anything egg free? DD preschool is egg, nut & seafood free due to some kids having allergies to them but I’m struggling to find things she might like, muffins, slices etc. TIA
