Is Movicol safe to take in pregnancy as I have some in the house but Google is referring me to a ‘medical professional’..
Yep I second what elevatormusic said, Movicol has done the trick for me. Initially I needed 3-4 sachets in a day to clear the pipes, and have slowly weaned myself down to one sachet every second day. My FS midwife and acupuncturist both said Movicol is great for drawing water into the bowel, I'm also taking a fibre supplement too. The combination of both has me going every day or second day now which is so much better than every four or five. Wince! Hope you get some relief soon.
