So I’m pregnant with third baby, the other two are 2 and four months plus a teen.
I never wanted three small ones, I feel it’s uneven and there will always be one left out. Will this make parenting more stressful opposed to having two close in age or four close in age. I was happy with two small ones as I thought they would entertain each other and be best buddies but with three? Will I have to constantly entertain the one that’s left out. Never wanted another one, was happy with what I had, need information as no doubt the fears will kick in once hormones are in, I’m only 5 weeks Currently.

Three kids under three, whats it like!

My littlest ones are too young to play but when old enough I assume that all 3 will play together.
Obviously there will be times if someone is upset or needing mummy time. I think this would be the case regardless of how many children you have.

My kids are all 2 years apart so not 3 under 3. None of them get left out. They all play together. Depends on personality too. My eldest takes herself off for quiet time where she likes to draw etc.

I have 2 under 2. No one will be left out.. Being a third wheel in a friendship is not the equivalent of being a 3rd child in a sibling group. They will go back forth between one another. You will find Riley will want to be on his own sometimes too. That's typical of the eldest.
Take care of yourself. I know you didn't want this, but life rarely works out the way we want anyway.

Just a couple more notes to add - Are you taking folate? If not, go get some today. I thought to ask as you weren't planning on being pregnant and so may not have been taking any.
Look into what you are going to do for sleep for your current babies. My toddler is a poor sleeper. He wakes up multiple times a night and screams at the top of his lungs. He usually calms down with a bottle but sometimes he thrashes around, won't accept the bottle and continues screaming. Couple that with a baby who also won't sleep and you've got one very tired mum and dad.
Getting good sleep routines going so that you can cope with all 3, will be far more crucial and productive than worrying about the relationship dynamics. If you're tired and cranky, the rest of the household will suffer. You need to ensure your own rest and downtime so that everything can function optimally.

I'm in this boat. My daughter is 18months and I'm pregnant with twins so I'll have 3 under 2 when the twins are born. I'm still trying to get over the fact I only ever wanted two children as I always felt with a 3rd, one will always be left out.
