    Oh no. Hope she feels better ASAP and you enjoy the cruise. I’ll be interested to hear the feedback.

    We had build your own chicken burgers tonight.
    I’ve also put meatballs in the slow cooker for tomorrow nights dinner since dh and I are both working.

    Homemade chicken Kiev’s and salad. So good because I control how much garlic butter is in them (lots)

    I used the following to make two big bowls - sliced cucumber, matchstick carrots, about 30 almonds, a tub of mini hommous, half an avo, about 300g of cooked seasoned chicken breasts (sliced), 10 snow peas halved, a block of sliced fried halloumi and a sachet of cooked brown turmeric rice. Finished off with a drizzle of olive oil.

    I will definitely make again, changing up the ingredients a little to keep things interesting. Might go for quinoa instead of rice next time and I'll make sure I have baby spinach on hand to add.
