    Default Aussie baby gifts

My brother had a baby 6 months ago. Unfortunately for me, he still lives in Canada so I probably won't meet her for a while.

I'd like to send something that is uniquely Australian for Christmas. Has to be relatively small for postage.

I absolutely love these cards by Modern Monty but she's a bit young for these. I might get them anyway. It gives an idea of the sort of thing I'm looking for.

Bonus points if it's from a business in the bush I can support.

That's a good idea too. Maybe even an Aussie Christmas book.

I know it might not go down well for some people given it’s Rolf Harris, but Six White Boomers?

Otherwise I’m sure I’ve seen an Aussie version of the Night Before Christmas.

Some good ideas on this webpage:

Awesome. I've ordered some things and am going to definitely go to the bookstore this weekend and get one of those.

    Hi CanaidanKangaroo,

An idea are the personalised Australian animal blocks from Noc Noc Wooden Toys. They are also from rural Australia. https://www.nocnoc.com.au/collection...nalised-blocks

I've bought from them several times now and they also gift wrap free of charge. Their products are Australian made and really beautiful Ive bought their Personalised DOB rattle as gifts for new babies and it makes a beautiful gift. https://www.nocnoc.com.au/collections/personalisation

Also for anyone looking for first Christmas gifts I love their Christmas bundles. https://www.nocnoc.com.au/collections/christmas

Those are gorgeous too. If only I was made of money I'd order everything. I think I'm good for Christmas but I'm going to save these ideas for her birthday
