Thia is my first post in this forum, I am TTC from 2 years with two failed stim cycles at DR. L and I had biopsy resulting in NK cells 30, I am on prednisolone and clexane for this FET cycle month. Just want to know if NK cells 30 is too high? looking for success stories

I had a reading of 30. From what they told me (back in 2016), this is the highest reading you can get.
In saying that, I have had 2 successful pregnancies with clexane and prednisolone.

    All the best!

Hi! My NK cells are a bit lower but I have other immune issues too. Some ladies also add intralipids infusions and increased progesterone to treat natural killer cells (on top of prednisone and Clexane). So just good to know there’s more options to ramp up if needed.

There’s a dedicated thread on here for natural killer cells and other immune issues. Might be of interest to you - it’s up to thread 11.

I think you should see a reproductive immunologist. Clexane and prednisone aren’t enough for a lot of women. I’m sorry this is happening to you.
