    Default I'm cold!!

I don't know what is going on. Since having my baby I'm feeling the cold alot more!! I had her 4 months ago. Is it pregnancy related? Has anybody else had similar?

Have you had your iron checked?
I am not post birth but my iron got low again earlier in the year and I was always cold. Since being on a higher dose supplement I haven’t felt as cold.

Could be thyroid, iron, drop in progesterone (it makes you feel warmer in pregnancy)...

Yeah I'm going to my doctor to get checked out. I'm not extra tired, just sensitive to the cold. I don't know if it's because I was extra warm for my pregnancy.

I also feel cold randomly when I’m tired and rundown.
Could be hormones but definitely worth getting a check up 👍🏻
