    Default Carpal Tunnel

Has anyone had carpal tunnel release surgery? Did you have one wrist done or both? What was the pain and recovery like? How did you go with everyday mum tasks such as preparing food, washing, changing nappies etc. When could you resume normal tasks? When could you drive?

    Thank you

I had cubital tunnel (elbow) was in a puffy cast like thing for 4? weeks Took another 9? weeks To rehab fully (sorry about the question marks it was a while ago) it is quite restrictive but still managed to do quite a bit and as pain goes the worst was the day the cast came off. Yes keeping up while recovering is hard but it's absolutely worth it!
