Hi all,

My husband has had a workplace injury recently. He works for the public service in NSW and hurt his back. His doctor is nice but the rehab lady has walked all over her.
Now he is back at work even though he is still in pain and not yet healed. My concern now is the pressure he is under from work to go back to 100% duties asap or they will try to get rid of him. The pressure they are putting on him is really affecting his mental health and he is sad and down alot and gets angry easilyand for the first time ever I saw him cry,
He is anxious all the time and I don't know how to help him

Is he able to claim stress or something like that ??

Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks
