    Default Clexane

I’m due to start my clexane injections with Dr Ms protocol. I’m not sure if I should take them morning or night. From your experiences which would you recommend?

I did mine at night- found they bruised less as I was less active afterwards. Also, it was easier to sort out if I sprung a leak at the injection site. Would have hated to have to explain random stomach bleeding at work

Thank you. I was thinking night might be best. I take my pills in the morning, so jab and pessaries at night to break it up a bit

I do mine in the morning, it's mainly because it's an automatic thing as I get out of the shower so it's part of my routine. Night time is less of a routine so I'd forget, also I have my aspirin at night

I do them at night, but will start taking them twice a day, so am and pm from today on out.

Find the smallest part of the needle and go in at a 45 deg angle. Clexane needles are more flat than others so can’t do typical ivf 90 deg.

Also easier if someone else does it for you if possible. You can massage the lumps and bruises too and that will help.

I got the highest gauge syringes possible, they sell them for diabetics. Every day I very gently squirted the clexane into one of those (it takes a bit of practice but once you have a feel for it is quite straightforward). Those thin needles go in like butter, unlike the god-awful clexane needles. No bruising whatsoever.
