    Default Fashion advice - suit

So we are attending a wedding in November, dress code is Formal. DF has a very dark grey suit (planned for a new suit but just don’t have time/funds) so we need a new shirt, tie, shoes and belt. DF did want a brown boot type thing. I’m just not sure how that can work, I’m not fashionable lol.
Any ideas on what we can pair with his suit? Colours, styles etc. please help! Lol

found some more, no waistcoat. so you can see belt color.

i would go brown shoes and belt, grey suit, light grey or white shirt and a dark tie (another shade of grey or black).

Thanks ladies! Why when I was looking could I find next to nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ hopeless lol.
I did think black suit would need traditional black shoes but some of these pictures actually do make me think dark brown could work! Probably no waistcoat (I do love that look though love a man in a good suit.) @turquoisecoast that’s what I was thinking but was totally stuck on what shade of shirt and the tie.
    Thanks!!

Sorry for the bad photo! My mum has always told me black can’t be worn to weddings
Will this be ok for a formal wedding?

Thanks! I look like a new born calf in heels so may have to be a nice sandal unless I can find a good solid heel lol. What colour shoes and clutch would work best do you think? I was thinking a very small pendant type necklace.
Would some form of bolero be ok aswell? I hate my arms but wedding is November so not cold!
