    Default Tricycle help!

I have a 2.5year old, 100cm, nature loving, high energy son. We use to love getting out for walks but he has outgrown our pram (massively) and I would prefer a tricycle or something that he gets some exercise and enjoyment out of, but I can still push and pull when needed. We did give the smarttrike a go but found that even with his height he struggled to reach the awkwardly placed pedals.
If anyone can recommend something we would both really appreciate it, as our energy burning walks have turned into Nanna strolls and by backside is starting to put on some layers so need to get us moving again!

Have you tried a balance bike? Cruzee ones are great, grow with your kid and are feather light.
