Steak sandwiches. I bought everything so I could have one for my lunch on Monday, but got back from the shops too late. So it carried over to dinner tonight and it was so delicious!

Late addition to include roti. Seriously. If you haven’t tried the Aldi roti, do yourself a favour!!!

It was going to be lamb shanks from Woolies. I thought they only needed like half an hour in the oven (like the Coles ones). Turns out they are 25 min per 500g which I didn’t read until I went to put them in the oven. They’d have been ready just as we were starting to get the kids to bed, so instead we’re ordering pizza. Shanks will be tomorrow...

    Chicken schnitzel and veggies

Tomorrow is my self proclaimed night off. It's going to be mid 20s+ and I've got 2 cakes to bake and decorate, decluttering to do, party bags to make and a 10th bday party to host 🤪 thankfully in a venue!

    Default What’s for dinner?

Friday night footy = Chinese night. Mongolian beef, curry chicken, fried rice, spring rolls & prawn chips of course.
