After my unbelievably bad luck the last 12 months where I have broken my foot 3 times and now torn my mcl and calf I am getting pretty sick of doing nothing and gaining weight that I swore would never come back. So I have a new focus to help me get through my rehab and next year I want to hike the overland track. I was wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions for training or things I should incorporate into our lives now to make the 7 days a bit easier?
