Default 6 month old constipated or not?

My 6 month old who is breast fed and started solids for the last 2 weeks now hasn't done a poo for a week now. How long is normal for them not to go. She doesn't seem bloated, in pain or have a hard tummy and she hasn't been straining to try and do anything? Before this it was 5 days before she went. Before solids it was every 2nd day or more

i’ve read it’s normal for breastfed babies to not poo for a few days,
even a week. not sure whether that applies once solids are started? is she eating much food? i guess if she doesn’t seem constipated or bothered then she’s probably ok?

I've only been giving her probably a tablespoon of food each day. I suspect she's fine but hard to tell!

I remember stressing about this when ds was 5 months and starting solids. He was bf too and pooped daily, then nothing but pebbles every few days. It slowly got back to normal. I gave lots of mashed pear and even puréed prunes but I don't think it made a lot of difference. I googled and apparently it happens. If it doesn't improve in a couple of weeks maybe see gp.

My friend’s daughter did this as a baby and when she eventually pooped it was massive. When I started giving my son solids, I made prune purée and would mix that in every couple of days.

Over the last couple weeks she's had pumpkin, potato, carrot, sweet potato, apple and pear.
Gave her pear the last 3 days as I've heard that can help. Only has about a tablespoon of food a day at the moment

We found kiwi fruit to be the best thing to get things moving. Worked better than prunes, pears etc
