Unhappy 13 year old with OCD and screaming

My 13 year old daughter who has Tourettes Syndrome has developed a form of OCD and each morning she has a severe screaming episode due to her frustration of trying to get dressed. The screaming is very loud and awful, anyone who is passing by and hears it might think the worst. I am in the process of trying to get help for her but it involves waiting for specialist help. This morning a crime scene unit went past our house and sat in our street, because I think the neighbor may think something awful is going on. I feel really bad for the neighbor because in a way they may only be trying to do the right thing. But I don't really want to share my daughters private health information with the neighbors. Needing opinions on Should I approach the police and tell them that my daughter has these screaming fits of rage? A side note: I am not sure if the crime scene unit was for us but it kind of makes sense.

I would probably wait and address it only if the neighbour approaches you about it.

My DS is autistic and he gets extremely distressed when we have to give him a hair cut at home (screams like he's being murdered). We have never specifically approached our neighbours about it, nor have the police ever been called. Thankfully, last haircut he coped much better, so we're hoping he's turned a corner.

A couple of our neighbours where we live now do know DS is on the spectrum (his previous teacher lives just two houses away).

Do you have paperwork from a doctor/specialist documenting that your DD has OCD/Tourettes? Just thought this might come in handy should be police ever turn up on your door step to ask questions.

Thanks for your reply and I'm in agreement with your suggestion as I have plenty of paperwork and Drs appointments for my daughter. It helps to know that I am not alone and that someone else can relate to the screaming.
I find it heart breaking because there is not much I can do at this stage. She is very protective of her OCD and avoids my attempts to address the issue. I really hope she's going to recover as I don't know how long OCD takes to treat Psychologically.
If anyone reads this and knows what having OCD is like in childhood, I would be interested in hearing about it.
