Default Breakfast in bed. Yay or Nah

Do you love the idea of breakfast in bed or you’d really rather something else?

I’m not a fan, but others seem to like it, let me know where you stand.

Nope. My kids brought it into my bedroom but I got up and had it at the breakfast bar.

I’m not a fan at all.

Dh brings me breakfast in bed almost every weekend. I don't know whether I'd say I love it but I certainly appreciate it as I have trouble waking up and getting going in the morning. Having breakfast first seems to help. Today was no different except ds brought me breakfast instead of dh. He was pretty excited.

I don't mind it on the odd occasion, but it's enough for me if it's simply breakfast I didn't have to prepare or cook myself, no matter where I eat it.

not my bag. i can’t eat comfortably and the idea of food through the bed (even just crumbs) puts me off.

As a rule, no, but DD brought me breakfast in bed once and I ate it because she was so excited to give it to me and it was such a sweet gesture.

A cuppa yes but not food, crumbs and potential mess is the main deterrent.

Will happily eat in a hotel bed.

if someone else has to deal with the fallout then the usual rules don’t apply

i find it hard to get comfy and in an eating position in bed but the fact you don’t need to deal with food stained sheets/crumbs is a plus.
