Default Perth girls- immunological ivf testing

I’d like to be investigated for immunological factors. Can any Perth girls recommend a specialist that does comprehensive immunological testing? TIA

The two private clinics I have been to (Pivet and Fertility North) both did some testing to identify potential immune issues. Pivet determined I had a very high level of antinuclear antibodies (+ANA), and so I was successfully treated with the Bondi protocol for my first pregnancy.

I'm not sure how much testing they do as standard, but those two clinics are at least open to the idea that immune issues can be a factor.

    Thanks @gorgeousgeorge
Dr Artef Saba in Duncraig his website is
    http://gynae-clinic.com.au/
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
He will test you for EVERYTHING possible and leave no stone unturned.
I went to two different ivf clinics who did basic testing but had no luck until I found Dr saba. He found a few minor things wrong which he treated me for and now I have a son first pregnancy after 10 years of BFN’s and miscarriages. He does not do ivf so you stay with your clinic and see him as well. He supports you through the whole process.
I was put on to him from a lovely lady on here and I will be forever grateful.

    Thanks ladies!

I was actually on Dr Saba’s website earlier today!
@Moc24 can I ask what treatment he gave you? Or what treatment you know he does? Just trying to work out if he does all immunological treatment. I’m jumping the gun because I don’t even know if I have any immuno issues but if I do I want to make sure I go to someone who does it all! (Not the ivf part- I can stay with my clinic for that)

Yes he tests for all immunological issues. He tests for absolute everything I will try and find the list for you if you like but it is every issue ever imaginable. He will also check your uterus, ovaries, tubes etc and if needed he will book you in for a hysteroscopy and/or laparoscopy. He will also test DH if you want (recommended). With me he found I am compound heterozygous for MTHFR and have elevated ANA. I was on methyl folate, asprin, clexane and I asked him to put me on prednisolone for good measure. I also did several intralipid infusions with him before transfer and during my pregnancy. He did blood tests along the way to see how everything was going. He also put me on provera during my pregnancy when I started bleeding at 5 weeks. I had miscarried all my previous pregnancies (about 8 i think including chemicals). @Phia do you have ‘the list’ please?
