We tweaked a recipe we found but it was a huge hit.
We used a smallish cob to make sure it fitted in the air fryer. We combined a block of philly cheese, about 3/4 coles size sour cream, 200g shortcut bacon that we fried earlier, a good handful of shredded tasty cheese & French onion soup mix to taste. I think it ended up being around half a pkt but we just tasted as went lol
Add it to the cob when combined & we put it in for 12mins to start out on 180 checking half way then stirred to heat evenly then another 12mins. We put the inside bread of the cob in the oven till nice & crunchy & served.

Hope that all makes sense, as I said we tweaked it as there were a few things we didn’t like but it was still yummy, hope you enjoy we’re making agin this weekend for a bbq xo
Thank you so much! It sounds delicious!

Default Who has an air fryer?

We had Lenard’s chicken schnitzel tonight, the air fryers first mission. I think it’ll be a bit of trial and error for a while but in the end they were quite nice.

PS - Jimmy had chicken fajitas last night

We’ve got a roast pork in it tonight. Will keep you all posted.

Next week we will use it for fish fingers and a roast chook.

I'm keen to know how easy clean up is after cooking a roast.

Would love to have an air fryer, but might have to put one on layby for Christmas or something. I can't afford to pay for one upfront. Following Jimmy Rees (aka Jimmy Giggle) on Instagram now, I have his "What's in the fryer" thing in my head. I just hope it doesn't encourage me to eat more crumbed and "fried" "unhealthier" food.

I after payed mine at Kmart, it was $69 :-)

We haven’t used it for anything very unhealthy as yet, I’m trying to be mindful of that.

The pork was yummy! I think it’ll be a bit of trial and error until we figure out correct cooking times and temps as it took longer than the instructions but that’s ok.

I got a meat thermometer last week too so that helps.

The clean up was pretty good @SSecret Squirrel although we did use the juices to make gravy 🤤

I ordered an accessory pack off eBay and it came today so that’s a bit exciting.

Jimmy made brownies in his today FYI
