Dr GM prescribed clexane for me and said I could limit to an injection every two or three days (in lieu daily) since my big bleed two weeks ago.

My local obstetrician said to cease the clexane and start aspirin.

My GP and the Ob also said aspirin (Cartia brand) reduces risk of miscarriage.

Did anyone take both Clexane and aspirin?

Feeling very bloated and gasey today! 10.5 weeks! Still very nervous.
@Justme007, I was on both clexane and Cartia low dose aspirin. From memory I stopped clexane at 13 weeks after using it every day, but continued aspirin until 34 weeks? Low dose aspirin is very commonly used. I didn’t stop any of it after having bleeds but everyone’s situation is different. I’d still stick with GM’s advice.

Hi ladies, had my lining scan today and not what I was hoping for. Still thin and have had to put off the transfer by one day at least. I have increased progynova, am already taking vitamin E and have had some pomegranate juice, which I will keep doing but any other tips? Desperately need to thicken it up fast.

Hello Superaunty, I have a stubborn lining and always takes ages to get to a descent thickness.

I’m on 9 Progynova per day - have you tried Filgrastim?

Oh no! Hope it comes up quickly for you.

I’d double the vitamin E for a few days. Eat lots of avocado too.

These other options might need a script. But can’t hurt to ask the pharmacy...

“Tarontal” (Pentoxifylline 400mg - 1 tab twice daily. Called Trental here in Australia). Increases blood flow.

Nitro-Dur or Minitran patches (Nitroglycerin patches 5mg/24hrs). 1 patch on top of foot for 10-12 hours overnight. Increases blood flow.

    Viagara taken vaginally.

You can also take some of the Progynova vaginally which is meant to help but ask clinic about that one!

    Best of luck xx

    R

@Superaunty pomegranate juice everyday, protein, keep your feet and tummy warm, doing an estrogen vaginally as well.
