    Default Cetaphil or QV

    I have been using QV wash and moisturiser on kiddo and I after we shower/bath for ages, if I don't use it my skin gets dry and starts flaking, as does kiddo but takes much longer than me..
    Today a work mate suggested Cetaphil, so I got some on the way home today, it feels oilier than QV but my skin feels more umm content than if I use QV.

    Anyone else notice a difference?

    Default Cetaphil or QV

    I’ve use the cetaphil cleanser on myself for years and the baby wash/shampoo combo and the cetaphil baby lotion for DD. My skin has been loads better since using cetaphil and I’ve never had issues using the cetaphil on DD.

    I infrequently use the cetaphil moisturiser on myself but can’t stand it in the warmer months because I find it just sweats off rather than absorbs. Come winter though and my skin loves it.

    I’ve used both. My favourite moisturizer is the Cetaphil, and my favourite body wash is Dermaveen. I will use others if need be, but I just prefer the feel of those products.

    So thought I would update this with my findings;
    Since Monday I have got Cetaphil Gentle skin cleanser and Cetaphil Moisturising lotion.

    I don't like the cleanser, it does seem to work ok, but you have to use a huge amount of it to get the same results as you would out of QV Wash.

    The moisturiser is different though, previously we had been using QV skin lotion, the Cetaphil moisturising lotion is far better.
    So at the end I think I will still be using QV wash on kiddo and me but the Cetaphil moisturiser.

    I asked about dermaveen, the chemist didn't seem to think much of it, but I might buy some from Big W later today since they have it.
