    Default Fertility suppliments: Ubiquinol & Choline

    Hi all

    Hoping for some help. A little about me, I'm 40 and have been ttc 2 years. We've had a MC, a chemical and recently lost twins at 9.5weeks. All of DH tests are great, mine are OK, lower amh but generally just age stuff.

    I have recently watched a video Lynn Burmeister did about egg health and she suggests Ubiquinol (rather than normal Co q10) and choline suppliments.

    It seems hard to find these. Has anyone taken them? Where did you get them and what dose did you take please?

    I took 600mg ubiquinol - split into 2-3 doses a day. Take with food or a glass of milk for absorption.

    I used either of these brands:
    - Bioceuticals Bioactive Ubiquinol 300mg. Available at Chemist Warehouse, some chemists or good health food stores. Take 2/day. Expensive but maybe get one bottle to get you started.
    - Jarrow QH Absorb ubiquinol 200mg (120 tabs) Buy online at iherb, takes about a week for shipping, always choose AusPost delivery option. Take 3/day - breakfast, lunch, dinner. Works out almost half the price. Jarrow is a really good brand and they have studies to prove absorption levels.

    Sorry can’t help on the choline.

    I take Seeking Health Optimal PC Liquid Phospholipid Complex which I think is choline but if not it definitely supports choline in our systems.
    It was recommended to me by an MTHFR nutritionist specialist who I consulted with (along with other specialists) after multiple miscarriages.

    I just ordered it online.

    In terms of natural sources of choline, eggs were the main one she recommended to me.

    Thanks guys. I ordered a 300mg Ubiquinol on iherb as well as a 650mg choline and will also try to eat more protein and eggs to get that higher.
    Appreciate the feedback and help
