    Dragon

I thought it was a nickname but nope... my friend confirmed that it's her son's name on his birth certificate...

Is it spelt Dragon or Dragan?

Dragan is a real name. I believe it is Polish.

    https://www.babynames.com/name/Dragan

Says it is Slavic in origin, so Eastern European. I assumed it was Polish because we have a customer at work with a first name Dragan with what I thought was a Polish sounding surname. DS also has a friend named Dragan.
