[QUOTE=Juventina;8881975]@gorgeousgeorge Dr N used Cryo for us three times and one time the European world bank. Not sure yet what he’s using this time

[/QUOTE @Juventina thanks for popping in to say that. I thought i must have been going mad. And it was actually another lady i was thinking of who told me her donor was from Cryos. So he must use a few different clinics or change, probably depending on the characteristics of the sperm donors currently available and what his patients are looking for.
How are you going by the way? I think about you everyday. xx

    Thanks @Moc24 that’s really interesting!

    high NK cell count
high cell count for causing blood clots in an embryos placenta
high probability of auto immune diseases where i am prone to stomach problems, skin allergies etc - this one i already knew lol

So if i go through embryo transfer again, i have to be on some kind of daily injections for a few months, once a week for a few months go on an intralipid infusion through an iv and also go on prednisone

WHY didn't my gyno test me for this? He's an ivf specialist and he still did NOT test me for this. WHY? omg

Before i went for the embryo transfer I asked him were there any other tests I should have done before i go. He said no.

Sorry, if you find an expletive in here, it slipped, I have typed some but removed them straight away, I think I got them all. I'm just so upset, angry, frustrated. Add to that this month marks anniversaries of my grandparents deaths, and my dad's death.

I just feel like ringing my gyno and saying I want to be refunded for everything I paid out for my greece trip as he could have prevented this to begin with.

    ggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry, thanks for hearing me out.
I‘m sorry, this happens all too frequently as @gorgeousgeorge explained. I felt mad too!
The good news is you are in great hands with Dr M! I hope this makes all the difference for you xx

    Hi Ladies,

A bit of an introduction.... My husband and I started our ivf journey in 2006 and have done 7 full cycles and had many many FET's all BFN's.

In 2017 our FS recommended we needed donor eggs and we already knew we needed donor sperm to have a baby. So for a while there I didn't know if it was ethically right or not. Now I've taken the big leap and been conversing with Dr N. Like us all I really want a have a family with my DH.

Dr N. gave me a script Microgynon and Progynova and also requested blood tests.
My DH and I went to the Dr's this afternoon to get it sorted and I also asked my GP for a referral to our FS but he said 'nar you shouldn't need it, I've given you everything you need'.! I was surprised!! So I just want to put it out there.... did you need to see your FS before going to Dr N or did your Dr sort everything?

@hopefulsh it does seem weird that your Dr never ran a repeat miscarriage panel. I forget which clinic in Greece you're with, sorry if you've mentioned it, but did they have you on clexane etc for the cycle when you miscarried? Many will add those to your protocol to cover all bases if you've had miscarriages even without a diagnosed issue.
