Default Pregnancy makes me a dragon lady

I’m only 9 weeks pregnant and all I seem to be is cranky and angry!

I can barely look at my dp without wanting to tear his head off and everything just cheese me off and I just seem to get worse as this pregnancy progresses. I just feel exhausted and sick and sore most days and I have my ds who is 17mths who is a lot of work as well.

I’ve spoken to my dr about my mood swings and she just gave me a questionnaire and I’m to go back see her this week.

Has anyone else experienced this whilst being pregnant?

I get the rages when pg as well. My fuse is very short, especially with DP.

Well my husband SAYS I am 'psycho" and that is how he knows when I am pregnant, even before I say anything..... personally I dont see it. haha but everyone around me does!

I do think Im more impatient, I get a bit anxious, start wanting to do all the house renovations I've ever dreamed about in the course of a week, (then dont do any of it)... the kitchen bothers me, and I generally feel more stressed...

I dont really have any answers though! Sorry.

Every pregnancy, except this one, this is like a heaven sent, makes me think it must be a girl this time because previous are boys and such different pregnancies. I have cruised through 11 weeks I’m so happy about it. Only thing is I’m hungry and as long as I eat, baby is nice to me lol

i’m the same. dh cops a lot. i felt he was more tolerant first time round, now he just tells me to go fk myself or to fk off 🤦🏼‍♀️ not hugely helpful.

i feel ragey in general and just lacking in patience, tolerance and my fuse is short. even at work i feel angry and impatient towards things that annoy me.

i think it just goes with the territory, your hormones are all over the place, you are tired and as you get bigger, it’s hard to feel comfortable, sleep well etc. i find the food restrictions and perceived danger from salmonella, listeria etc also trigger my anxiety. overall i feel like i can’t relax and it gets exhausting so naturally my patience is
    much shorter.

    Thanks ladies for the response!

It helps to know I’m not alone in this especially when anxieties make you feel crazy in general and add pregnancy it just ups the ante big time

Just tell the partners it’s getting them into practice for menopause

At first I laughed... but then maybe that explains why men have midlife crises and leave their middle aged wives/partners for younger women!!

no, they do that when they’re immature peens who can’t handle a real woman. hardly like being with a man is a stroll in the park either!

@turquoisecoast The one time DH did tell me to go F myself after I just wouldn't let up, I yelled at him (or more so his back) "Well I'm going to go do that then! I'd probably feel better!"

    He had no response.

No advice @lilsushi, but I'm an angry dragon too. I feel so impatient and no matter what I try I can't seem to help it. Not coping very well with the anxiety this time around and it shows on me very quickly.
